Basically, it was pouring rain this morning and I was already late for class, and as I was rushing up the front steps to get into the building, the security guard stopped me and asked for my I.D. Of course, my I.D. was somewhere at the bottom of my bag because when had I ever used my school I.D.?!?! And I showed it to him with this really dirty look, and he told me not to be in such a bad mood because we'd just had two weeks' vacation. Oh well.

On a completely unrelated note, my parents and I have begun communicating with eachother entirely by e-mail. Welcome to my family. Because basically, my dad started his own company, as some of you may know, and he wanted my mum to start helping him with it, because his current employees...well, whatever, anyway, so I don't really see my dad in the first place anyhow because he's a workaholic, and now my mum's out of the house and the cellphone service in there is really sketchy, so we've been e-mailing eachother back and forth. The plus side - we're not really talking. The downside - we're not really talking. But how weird is it that my mum has an e-mail and actually knows how to use it? And I so know that one of these days, my mum's going to get aim and then she'll be iming me the whole day...

Oh, and one last thing - I hate this school. Or, the humanities department, actually, and it's not only because the department head intimidates me, but it's because they just don't want to help me, but I'm too intimidated to make a bigger deal about it. Pathetic, but whatever.
